Breakdown Cover

We now offer a no-nonsense complete heating and plumbing breakdown cover service throughout the region. Your boiler, central heating, hot water and plumbing can be covered by us so that in the event of a breakdown - which often happens in winter when it’s most needed – you’ll be able to call a local gas safe registered engineer who will carry out the necessary repairs.

When you call our dedicated breakdown number you will talk to the engineer who will be dealing with the repair and so when they arrive at your home they will be able to efficiently get your heating or plumbing emergency taken care of.

We offer four levels of cover:

• Heating Cover – This covers your boiler and entire central heating and hot water controls. An annual boiler service is included with this cover along with all parts, labour and VAT on any repairs up to a cost of £750 for parts.
• Plumbing Cover – This covers your plumbing within the home and includes parts up to £250, labour and VAT.
• Complete Cover – This is the most popular cover with our customers as it offers the most peace of mind. It comprises a combination of heating and plumbing covers and therefore you will get an annual boiler service and up to £1000 worth of parts plus no call out labour charges or VAT to pay.
• Additional Appliance Cover – This covers other gas appliances in your home and includes an annual service visit and up to £175 worth of parts with no labour or VAT charges.

In addition to the above we provide 24 hour response to emergencies such as heating breakdown and water leaks. A discount is included following your first years cover if no call out has been made.

Our current prices for 2012 are:

• Heating Cover - £188.10 single payment or £16.50 per month
• Plumbing Cover - £91.40 single payment or £8.00 per month
• Complete Cover - £250.80 single payment or £22.00 per month
• Additional Appliance Cover - £91.40 single payment of £8.00 per month
